We created Edmonds Villa to bridge this gap—combining skilled nursing capabilities with the intimacy of a 6-bed home.

Edmonds Villa is fully licensed by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services as an adult family home. We comply with all regulations outlined in Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 388-76 and undergo regular inspections to maintain our license.
